Plants R Us is a landscaping company specializing in all aspects of garden plants. The company has recently become interested in designing software to help in execution of its processes. Company's literature lists the following activities as services to its customers: a. Garden, backyard design b. Plant planting, including soil preparation c. Plant maintenance, including weeding trimming and disease care d. Provision of watering systems Plants R Us currently markets its services via gardening magazines and social media channels. It also does some marketing door-to-door, in which company sales reps survey the premises of potential customers for possible projects. Following an interview with potential customers, all collected information - such as any relevant customer data and nature of potential projects - are relayed to the Marketing Manager (MM). MM compiles a daily report on imminent projects and weekly report on longer-term projects. Both types of reports are sent to specialists of service categories described above (a-d) and to the CEO
