End of the Week Reflection: Purpose: to synthesize experiences into a weekly journal reflection. Also, to focus on selves as learners in general, reflect on growth as a teacher.

Reflect on your daily journal entries and use the following questions to help you to get into the habit of reflection and self-evaluation.

• What did I learn this week?
• Am I communicating effectively with the children and with my cooperating teachers?
• Do I seek help when I need it?
• Am I falling behind or keeping up?
• What improvements or adjustments do I have to make?
• What are my goals for the coming week?
