The Meter Processing Clerk generates a Customer Activity Report using the Customer List file, and then compares the Meter Forms with the Customer Activity Report before sending the report and forms to the Meter Manager. The Billing Clerk prints Customer Bills using the Customer Activity file, and then compares the Customer Bills with the information in the Customer Activity file The Billing Clerk then prints the Customer Billing Report using the Customer Activity file before sending the report and bills to the Meter Manager.
