Your team responded with a migration project to move all the company's VMs to VMware. Every week, the migration occurs during the Friday night change window via Zerto, which allows the VMs to be migrated without shutting them down. Zerto records data about the VMs it migrates and the attributes of the migration by appending it to a text file. During each project status meeting, the project manager downloads that file from Zerto itself, and references it to tell the CIO which VMs were successfully migrated.
