Please create what's below so I can format it into excel. The company is Foundation Building Materials, the last public document available is the Q3 for September 30,2020. Historical SEC filings should be available from various sources online.
Formatting
o Blue number input
o Black number formula
o Green number links to cell on another tab
Tab 1: Company Overview and Capital structure
o Company Overview (paragraph description of what the company does)
o Capital Structure (links to financial inputs):
As of most recent quarter
Loan details: principal outstanding, Interest rates, maturity dates for each credit facility (revolver, notes, etc..)
Cash flow leverage ratios of the debt (using both EBITDA and Adjusted EBITDA)
Coverage ratios
Tab 2: Summary Financials (links to financial inputs)
o Include quarterly financials (last 5 quarters), most recent LTM (last twelve months),2018-2019 FYE
o Include only Revenue, gross profit, EBIT, EBITDA, Total EBITDA Adjustments, Adjusted EBITDA
o Include growth rates (YOY and sequential) and margins, as applicable
o Include historical cap structure with leverage metrics
Tab 3: Financial Inputs
o Include quarterly financials (last 5 quarters), YTD, most recent LTM,2018-2019 FYE
o Income statement: inputs should feed into formulas (gross profit, operating expenses, EBIT, EBT, net income, etc.)
NOTE: consider operating income and EBIT as one in the same, remember to make appropriate (+/-) changes so EBT and Net Income reconciles to the income statement in the SEC filings
o EBITDA Build: from Net income to EBITDA (final EBITDA figures should tie to stated figures in SEC filings)
o Adjusted EBITDA Build: EBITDA, Adjustments to EBITDA and Adjusted EBITDA below the income statement
o Balance sheet: inputs should feed into formulas
o Historical Capital Structure: cash and debt for each period
o Cash flow: inputs should feed into formulas
NOTE: for cash flow statements companies typically only show YTD (no quarterly statement), so you will need to back into the quarterly statements using YTD statements
All of this should be in one excel file and all inputs should tie back to the financial statements. To the extent you need to include notes in your financials use the insert comment function in excel and add a note to the applicable cell.
The last public document available is the Q3 for September 30,2020. Historical SEC filings should be available from various sources online.
