Please design a work break down structure for a project with the requirements:

Project Title: TAMU-C Monorail System Structure: Steel-frame rail system with concrete piers as required to support monorail cars with minimum capacity of 30 people per monorail car.

Location/Orientation: Each contractor is to provide a campus map with layout of monorail train station locations and presenting a proposed monorail route. At a minimum, the monorail should have stations at Whitley Hall, What-a-Burger, the McDowell Administration building, Memorial Stadium, and the RSC. Additional stations may be proposed to ensure adequate travel support for students and visitors. Train stations: Stations should include covered entry and exits to shield travelers from the elements.

Time Frame: Physical construction may commence on June 1 and must be completed within 12 months.
