Clearly define your notation, making sure to explain what your sets, parameters, and variables are. 1) You and your friends have developed an awesome spice rub that can be used to flavor ribs. You decide to go national, but need to determine how the spice rub should be packaged. You together decide the packaging should be cylindrical tins. However, you wish to minimize the amount of metal required to make these tins. The packaging you develop should be able to hold at least 24 cubic inches of spice rub. The radius of the package can not be more than 3 times the packages height. Develop an optimization model to solve this problem, clearly introducing any notation that you use.
