Your assignment: Case Study Sunrise Medical Hospital is a well-known private healthcare group in Malaysia, it has specialised in specific areas of medicine - mental health, orthopedics, neurology, surgery and general medicine. The hospital aims to prove quality healthcare to more communities, by having more efficient and effective processes. The new strategy has led to the need for Information Technology (IT) infrastructure upgrades. The main purpose of the upgrade is to ensure all business processes can be integrated, and the data can be shared by all the departments. Subsequently to provide a high standard of quality and medical services. After the analysis and investigation, the IT Department has proposed to the Management of Sunrise Medical Group to have a web-based Enterprise System. With this Enterprise System, all the employees and customers are able to access the system through any web browser and all data are able to share within the organization.
