Write a short proposal (plan) for your unique ventilator design. In your proposal include 6 sections: 1. Scope and Requirements - Define the ventilator requirements/scope. 2. Design Process - Describe how you would utilize a design matrix/Pugh chart to finalize a design and describe one of your designs. 3. Performance Test Plan - Explain how your design(s) will be tested. Explain using a design of experiments. And clearly state what your performance metrics a sare. 4.
