Evidence Statements: You will demonstrate your understanding of bond characteristics by creating a comprehensive analysis of real corporate bonds, showing your ability to interpret market data, analyze investment attractiveness, and support decisions with financial statement information.
Create a narrative PowerPoint presentation (5-7 slides) with voice over slides to answer voice-overing questions. Post PP presentation in the discuthe ssion area as an initial response. For this, refer to this document on how to create narrated PowerPoint presentations.
Log in to BONDS | BOND MARKET | PRICES | RATES | Markets Insider. To find information on bonds, scroll down the page, type the name of the company from the list below in the window under Bond Finder, and click SEARCH.

Compare the main elements of the bonds: Coupon rate and coupon payment, maturity date, YTM, rating. If you are an investor looking for a bond to invest in, are you going to buy a bond that you chose? Explain your reasoning using specific data from your analysis.
Take a look at the balance sheet and income statement of the company. You can use Morningstar; type the name of the company in the Search window on the top of the screen then click Financials. What data or ratios support your decision to buy this bond or not? Explain your answer using specific financial metrics.
Reflection: Reflect on what you learned from the assignment, and incorporating finance terminology into your reflection, review and reflect how what you learned could apply to the workplace or everyday life.
