It has been an incredibly successful year for Julie Behars Company; Triumph Promotional Products, LLC. In recognition of the loyal customers who have supported her business for the past 15 years she has decided to offer a 15% discount on orders of $100 or more on the technical hardware (flash drives, chargers, cell phone covers, etc., use your imagination) and free upgrades to software and apps that have been created by Triumph Promotional Products for customers to promote and for POS systems.

For this assignment you will complete two pieces of written correspondence:

1. An email to your sales team informing them of the offer to customers and why this is being offered.
2. A block style letter to be mailed to customers informing them of the discount and upgrades. This letter should not be sent out of the blue customers need to be provided the details on why they are being recognized.

You are required to write the email and submit it in standard email format.
