This section examines the challenges of finding the right talent for an organization. Review these pages carefully and organize a response consisting of three paragraphs. Within the Section 2 . Tin the textbook, there are interesting topics that you can select. In your first paragraph, you can discuss the need to accurately project supply and demand in the workforce and its implications for HR and why there are important for HRM to understand these market forces. You can discuss how supply and demand impacts filling vacancies and the implications for HR if wrong projections are made by HR. You must have more than four sentences.
