Please draft a memo regarding the following scenario: Sam and Jill Adams were married and had two children in your state. Two years ago, Jill obtained a divorce from Sam in which the court gave Jill sole physical custody and sole legal custody of the two children. Sam was ordered to pay Jill $1,200 a month in child support. A month after this order, Sam moved to a neighboring state. He has paid no child support. Jill has come to the law firm where you work as a paralegal. Your supervisor has asked you to prepare a memo in which you outline what steps Jill can take to obtain and then enforce the child-support order against Sam. (See General Instructions for the Writing Sample in the text - Appendix A.)
