It's been a long hard journey, but we all made it collectively. I'm excited and proud of every single one of us for having pushed through all the stresses of life and all the other difficulties we may have faced. Well, done ladies, I know that I'm for sure going to celebrate my completion and then will for graduation. So, I'm looking forward to seeing you all achievers at our graduation :),

Your presentation is on point girl... I enjoy life listening to everything you have to say. It was so well put organized and articulated. Your present shows that you dove deep into this topic, and you have a good understanding of your subject! I specifically related to this topic because it was so like my cultural-competence topic, Cultural competence is a topic dramatically increasing and that was something I found in my research, so I know that understanding others' cultures and ways of communicating is important specifically with the future of business or in the workplace. Most of my research also focused on effective training methods rather than just over-generalized training that felt not genuine, organizations need to train employees on conversation style and how others communicate with their eyes and hands. And put genuine effort into employees to be effective.
