Cleo and Alfred are sitting on Cleo's front porch drinking heavily. Cleo is visibly intoxicated as she starts to complain about the condition of her lawn. Cleo tells Alfred, "I need someone to mow my lawn. If you get it done by tomorrow afternoon, then $50 is yours." Cleo spends the next thirty minutes talking about how her Bermuda grass needs to be mowed, the height at which it should be cut, and the speed at which Alfred should mow it. She then discusses the science of various Texas grasses, soil conditions, and why $50 is a reasonable amount of money to be paid to have her lawn mowed. Alfred mows her grass the next morning and asks for his money. Cleo refuses to pay, saying that she was intoxicated and did not intend to enter into an agreement. What is the result?
