Regular customers arrive in accordance with Poisson rate r = 2 and first-time customers arrive in accordance with Poisson rate w = 4, independently from regular customers. Service rate of the lawyer is b = 4 and service rate of the apprentice is a = 2. A regular customer can only be served by the lawyer, and leaves if the lawyer is unavailable. First-time customers also prefer to be serviced by the lawyer. However, if the lawyer is not available then they can also be served by the apprentice. If both the lawyer and the apprentice are busy, then they leave (assume that there is no waiting space). 1.Draw the transition rate diagram for the system
