Please find one recent news (not opinion) article (from any of a reputable newspaper or magazine in general circulation or a credible and reputable online news service (not opinion sites)) concerning a tort issue concerning a business. I am especially interested if you can fund an article about a tort that might have been committed against a business. You should submit the article and provide a brief description (one or two paragraphs) of the tort issue involved, the claim being made by the plaintiff, the defense being offered by the defendant and any outcome of any pending legal proceeding thus far. Please remember, we are working on tort law in this module, not contract law and not criminal law.
