Hello everyone

TQM is the quality emphasis that encompassed the entire organization from supplier to customer. TQM is helping to improve a business to help with the customers needs. The best way is to involve business process to continual improvement to the customer. I think that if you take feedback from customers it can help fix what they did not like. TQM requires a never-ending process if continuous improvement that covers people, equipment suppliers, materials, and procedures. The end goal is perfection.
