Final Project (20 Marks) . Requirements: Come up with a business idea where you can implement the four functions of management as described by Henry Fayol (Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling). Expectations from the Students At the first hand, think about an idea of any business around you. Conceive the four functions of management with the highlighted business. For example: try to analyze how these given functions of management can be practically implemented within the idea of selected business. (You may interview someone who is really in this business in order to get better grip on the required concepts). Now write down the implementation of these managerial functions specific to the selected business.
