As an added bonus, I'll have a better idea of how to allocate resources on the project I'm working on, which is essential for completing it on time and within budget. There are many managers that are tasked with budgeting, but it is imperative that all resources be used effectively by hiring a knowledgeable accountant. Having the skills will help you have a better understanding of who will be the most effective on your team.
