The purpose of this project is to have you apply the techniques acquired in this business decison modeling class to analyze real-world problems. You should choose a problem relevant to managerial decision making. Your task is to formulate the problem, develop a spreadsheet model to analyze this problem, and communicate your findings and recommendations in a final report and oral presentation.

You are encouraged to find a real problem to work on from your life or work experience. The problem may come from your job, internship company, personal life decisions, etc. Alternatively, you may adapt a problem from the business articles from the internet.
