Project overview:

We are " Pioneer constructions", our new project is to construct a residential building for our client. The residential buildings have 20 floors and various subcontractors are involved with our organization for this project. Here we are going to identify the stakeholders and analyze their role in the project, we will be creating a stakeholder engagement matrix after identifying the stakeholders and their power.
