Please go to the SEC website at: http://sec.gov Researching for the 10-K report using the EDGAR system, find a companys auditors opinion. Please show all steps you used to obtain the information and post it in a new thread. Also, each company should be different than your classmates. In cases where the same company is posted, the first person with the post will receive credit. On your posting, identify whether the opinion is unqualified, qualified or adverse. Also, please tell us if there are any issues the auditor found during the audit that they want the financial statement readers to know about.
