  2. Obtain your results from the assessment by following the scoring instructions. Provide your need for power, affiliation, & achievement scores.
  3. Are you low or high on each of these needs?
  4. Is your need pattern consistent with your MBTI personality type? In what ways does it appear consistent? In what ways might it appear inconsistent?

For example, I, myself, am an ISTJ type. ISTJs like to take charge and get things done. This may be consistent with a high need for influence and low need for affiliation?
