Since, in CCPM, one resource conducts one task at a time, we find that we can reduce task duration significantly - For task B, from 4 days to 3 day; for task C, from 5 days to 3 days. Further, suppose that task B and task C are performed by the same resource (Peter), and the project manager ask Peter to complete task B first and then task C- this creates a new precedence relationship between B and C due to the resource constraint since Peter can do one take at a time. Based on this new constraint, calculate the critical path again, and we decide to adopt this new critical path as a critical chain. (c) Consider the new critical path obtained from part (b) as a critical chain. Then, draw a network diagram to show the critical chain with project buffer(s) and feeding buffer(s) you do not need to describe the duration of buffers but clearly indicate the correct locations of the buffers
