This part of the project process includes the identification and documentation of the various persons on the team: - Roles, responsibilities, and authority - Required skills and virtual skills - Marketplace conditions - Previous historical information that may help for future success (i.e. Don, Tim, and Rita worked together very well last year....put together on this project) - Reporting relationships with an organizational chart - Identification of training needs - Timetable for acquisition and release - Rewards recognition - Compliance considerations - Safety issues - Competitive issues, internal \& external - Estimation of costs (both PM and other employees)
