I do not understand the following question.

In studies for a medication, 9 percent of patients gained weight as a side effect. Suppose 460 patients are randomly selected. Use the normal approximation to the binomial to approximate the probability that

c) P(X 51) = (Round to four decimal What are the steps for B and C?

Since 51 is more than 9% of patients, this suggests that the proportion of patients that gain weight as a side effect is greater than 0.09. ( got this one right)

c) my answer was 0.9812 and the correct answer is 0.0691

How do I solve b and c?
