Write a function, 'matMat' that receives two matrices as inputs, and returns two outputs. The function should first check whether the matrices can be multiplied together. If so, the function should return the result of matrix multiplication in a varibale called mat1. Otherwise, the function should return mat1 as an empty matrix. The function should also check if vector multiplication can be performed on the matrices. If so, the function should return the result as mat2. Otherwise, the function should return mat2 as an empty matrix.
