He was requested to prepare designs, complete construction documents, write up building plans and assist in the presentation of materials. In this role, he frequently interfaced with a lot of confidential data about the upcoming project and the techniques used by the architects. His best friend is a young engineer named Jonah. Tom and Jonah have a very strong friendship. While Jonah was working herself on a construction project, she asked her friend Tom to support her on the architectural aspect. Tom knew the importance of this project for his friend and wanted to help her. He prepared a file for her out of documents that might be useful for her project. In it, there was some very sensitive information that he had acquired during his work at E Dreams. In fact, the file shared by Tom with Jonah contained some data that E Dreams competitors would like acquire, including the designs of the upcoming confidential project. A couple of days later, Jonah informed Tom that the documents shared mention that E dreams will be using in their project inadequate materials that might create serious health issues for people who will be living in the constructions made based on that new project.
