Based on your Organizational Behaviour (OB) expertise, you have been invited to present a "Ted Talk" to a group of entrepreneurs who don't know much about OB.

Based on what you learned in the lecture and the text on chapter 14:

1. Write a script for a 1-minute interesting and engaging "Ted Talk" which explains the importance of organizational culture to the group of entrepreneurs who are starting their own businesses.
   • Use examples, explain the impact to their business of not considering organizational culture, and provide them with 2 concrete tips for creating an innovative and inspiring culture in their organization.
