The application, Health Tracker, will help the user track heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, exercise level, etc. The tracking application will notify if the level is above or below the mentioned limit. It will also help users track their weight, height, daily nutritional intake, recommend a weekly diet and provide other helpful suggestions.
