This can perhaps explained by the fact that Egyptian managers have bee exposed to contact with Western organizations for ma years. The question now is why Egyptian companies have integrated teamwork, team autonomy, and suitable rewards systems. Might it be that these changes have only taken place because of foreign investment in Egypt?
