Write the code of an online payment system in python

The consumer decides to make an online purchase on a merchant's website.

The program asks him to enter the amount of his cart and his personal data via a form (name, first name, address (city, district), phone number).

The program must ask if the consumer has promo codes or coupons

If yes, the consumer will enter the percentage of the promo code

The equivalent of the amount in percentage will be deducted from the amount of the cart

Payment methods:

- pay with PayPal

- Credit/debit card

- Crypto

- Perfect money

When the consumer chooses his payment method,

The program will ask him/her to enter the current amount of his/her payment method

Check if the payment card is active and the consumer has enough credit to make the purchase,

Then set up the money transfer from the consumer's account to the merchant's account.

The program should display the initial amount of the cart, the amount with the discount of the promo code (if there is one)

The amount of the payment method

The final amount to pay
