$$ A customer views the online menu and orders a large pizza from BPMN Pizza by placing a phone call.

$$ The clerk at BPMN Pizza receives the order from the customer and places the order with the pizza chef.

$$ The chef bakes the pizza and notifies the delivery person when it is done.

$$ Due to an overload of deliveries, the customer still has not received the pizza after $60$ minutes.

$$ The customer calls the clerk to ask about the status.

$$ The pizza is then delivered, and the customer pays the delivery person.
