I have to do a project for REDFIN COMPANY DATA SET.

1. To begin exploring (after tidying the data), use Microsoft Excel or any other statistical software, try to organize any variable or combination of variables in your collected dataset into a summary table or contingency table or even into a multi-dimensional table using a pivot table function. Paste them below. Comment on what insights do you start to gather from your data after this exercise? If new questions start to emerge, note them down as well.

2. For the quantitative variables in your dataset, study the strength of the relationship by constructing a scatter plot between two selected variables and calculating the correlation coefficient.
