To address the worksite wellness problems the company could install standing desks, on-site counseling that will not affect work, rest and relaxation room, give paid time for employees to go to a gym or something that is related to exercising, and finally if an onsite option is not viable then giving employees a gym credit to paid by the company. I believe reward and wellness programs influence employees' productivity and performance but if the leaders within the organization do not allow their employees to utilize their perks and benefits the same problems will ensue. Implementing a program that allows employees to pursue tracks of specializing that applies to their job would be a great start towards making employees feeling invested and also growing and developing your workforce instead of trying to hire better talent.
