This research aims to provide an overview of the impact of social capital on the empowerment process within the Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) community. The research location was determined purposefully, considering that the empowerment activities received in that location vary compared to other empowerment locations. The selection of the location in this research focuses on programs in the agricultural sector, specifically the provision of cultivated land along with working tools and assistance for other agricultural production facilities. The data collection process included interviews with community members, agricultural experts, and local government officials to gather insights on the effectiveness of the empowerment program. Surveys and focus group discussions were also utilized to assess the impact of the program on individual households and the community. The data analysis in this study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a scoring technique, assigning scores from 1 to 5 based on the respondents' answers. The results of the research highlighted the positive outcomes of the program, demonstrating how targeted interventions in agriculture can lead to sustainable development and economic growth in rural communities. There was an increase following the implementation of the empowerment program in the following indicators: 1) Trust, 2) Networks, 3) Reciprocity, 4) Values and norms, and 5). Social solidarity. This research serves as a valuable resource for policymakers and organisation looking to replicate similar empowerment initiatives in other sectors to drive positive change and empower communities across the region.
