My definition for an organization to manage its Human Resources to be organized and knowledgeable of the resources they offer to their employees. It is a needed operation to also problem solve, conduct payroll and also promote promotions. An organization is responsible for defining equal opportunities to all employees.

Effective human resource management contribute to a companies success based on how well they function. For an example the hiring process for employees can be long and tedious. By the end of that process you want your employees to be well equipped with knowledge of the Companies policy and to understand their role and position so that they feel ready for their first day on the job. If Human resource does not equipped their employees from the beginning with the right knowledge and tools to be able to be successful in the company that only sets them up for failure.
