please help me solve
For the lines below compute positive sequence impedance for the three phase feeder and circuit impedance for the single phase feeder. What sre the assumptions built into your calculations? Ignore underground cable for now Do this in Mathcad, Matlab, etc. since we will use these as standard configurations in power flow analysis. Common practice: Average Height of Conductor = Attachment height - (2/3) Sag -999 22 1.5'sag 26' 2'sag Configuration A Phases 336,500 26/7 ACSR Neutral 4/0 Configuration B Phases 556,500 ACSR Neutral 556,500 ACSR(Top) For the same lines 1. compute the primitive impedance matrix using Carson's formula 2. compute the phase impedance matrix using Kron reduction, assuming good grounding of neutral 3. For the three phase configuration transform the phase impedance matrix to get the sequence impedance matrix 4. Take the diagonal of the sequence impedance matrix to be a good approximation to zero-, positive and negative sequence impedance. Compare the positive sequence impedance to what you calculated before. Do this in Mathcad, Matlab, etc. since we will use these as standard configurations in power flow analysis
