Optional Sections:

J. Key Success Criteria

H. Key Assumptions

K. Major Risks

L. Critical Success Factors

Each section must provide instruction on what information should be provided (except section A). Be creative in the instruction and provide some sample text/content to help the template user. For section I, please provide a sample Project Team Structure.
