Please help me to write formal e-mail

Requirment:

Take one of the assignments from last week and massage it into a better looking email message. One message per group.

What you need is a salutation, opening paragraph, a subheading or two, and a closing and call for action. Imagine that you are sending the message to your boss at work. And, even if that boss isn't fussy about format you need to use your formal language and format. Your boss might send this message along to other managers or coworkers.
