Please help me understand Management paradigms! This is the assignment for my research paper. I am so lost

'This assignment is a 'research' based paper. We want to look at 'management paradigms', past and current (focused more on the current). A 'paradigm' is a framework of theories and models that are strongly shared. The paradigms do not need to centralize in one management area, but can explore multiple areas (ex. leadership, diversity, production, organization, etc.)
