Please help me with this assignment for my Special Education class. I have to write a research paper on the litigation in the case Arlington v Murphy, 548 US 291 (2006)

The landmark federal law was passed in 1975 ( I know that was a LONG time ago), Education for all Handicapped Children Act (Public Law 94-142). In 1990 this law was amended to become the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). In 1997, the law was amended again, but it's name remained the same. Soon after the law was reauthorized in 2004 and renamed Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act (IDEIA). Those of us that work in the field still call it IDEA.

You will be writing a research paper discussing the litigation in a case. All research papers are to be written in APA OR MLA style of writing. Content is the MOST important quality of your paper. It should be error free and cover the case thoroughly. When you use someone else's words make sure to place a reference to their work (works cited, reference page, etc...) This paper should be between 3 to five pages NOT counting your title page or reference page.
