please help me with this beginner HTML programming problem! im a political science major and had to take a CSE class for my GE requirements!

Purpose This lab introduces students to HTMI tags and creating Web pages. Directions 1) Follow the instructions in the HTML Beginner's Guide to create "myfirstwebpage.html" Use a test editor such as Notepad to create a webpage that contains your name as the title and at least two paragraphs of text. Save the file as "AboutMe.html" Use the heading, bold, and horizontal rule HTML tags to add interest to your webpage. You may need to research these tags. Add at least one hyperlink to the page, making sure that you include explanatory link text. Select a graphic to add to your page.
