Last year, your company failed to manage employees' leaves (absence). Managers couldn't track the availability of human resources when scheduling new projects. Some employees felt unfair when some staff took too many leaves, while others did not take enough leaves. To solve this problem, the HR Department decides to release a new Leave Request Procedure that helps the company manage leave policies, maintain a productive workplace, and stay in compliance with laws and employment regulations. According to the new procedure, employees can download the Leave Request form from the company's website, gotham.com.vn. On the website, they will find the Internal Communication section, which is where all internal forms are. They must complete the form by indicating the type of leave (e.g., vacation, sick, or parental leave), the dates of the leaves, their full name, and staff ID. The leave taker then submits the completed form to their immediate supervisor for approval in advance. Once the supervisor signs that form, it is submitted to the HR Department for record-keeping purposes.
