I'm working with United Nations common system as admin. Assistant front office in which I am in charge of Welfare finance and budget in cordinating other sections. I had applied for International post but they sent me this question to answer.

Progressively responsible experience in coordination and development of the section's/office's budget proposals and preparations is desirable. Please explain how you meet this criterion using examples.
