Please help me write a script for a five minute podcast.

Scenario

Recently, you've had several human resource professionals in your network reach out to you to solicit your opinion on anything and everything related to creating and maintaining an HR staff that not only is domestically focused but also has developed the skills and talents to operate in nearly any country throughout the world. The Scandinavian region especially has drawn interest. The deluge of interview requests has been so great that you have decided to create a podcast to answer and then publicize these questions for all to access.

Describe how globalization impacts the most important functions of Human Resources, which, in this case, would include recruitment, compensation, and labor relations.

Consider the Scandinavian countries of Norway, Demark, Finland, and Sweden. Select one and explain how your HR department has encountered two cultural challenges in operating in that country.

Outline the greatest challenge you have faced in operating a workforce in another country and one strategy you can offer as advice to best overcome this challenge.
