Please help me write this C++ project. I need a program that uses a two-dimensional array to store the data from the .txt File and the weight. I need this program to output the highest, the lowest, the average, occurrence of highest and occurrence of the lowest weight in the .txt File, and I need the program to consist of the following functions.

1) On the first function I need it to read the data from the .txt file and store the data in the two-dimensional array. This file consists of sixty elements.

2) With the second function it needs to calculate and return the data and the highest weight in the array. Pleas display the result in main.

3) For the third function I need it to calculate and return the data and the lowest weight in the array. Please display result in main.

4) The fourth function will need to calculate and return the average of the weights in the array. Please display the result in main

5) And lastly, I need the fifth function to calculate and display the occurrence of the lowest and highest weight in the array. Please display result in main as well.
