switch/case flow structure Problem: Need a phone prompt to direct calls to appropriate department: Press 1 for billing, 2 for technical support, 3 to change your password, 4 to speak to a Cust. Serv. Rep, 5 to exit, and all other entries displays an error message. The flowchart is the same for switch/case, case 1: as for true if-else if-else case 2: true billing false case 3: true tech false false false case 4: pw true default: error message CSI
