9 (C) 30 points Draw a process map for the following simple car manufacturing process, identify a bottlenck (constraint), and estimate how long (in hours) it will take to produce 1000 parts. A simple manufacturing system has three stages: machining, grinding, and packaging. Parts arrive at the rate of 60/hour. Machining requires approximately 45 seconds/part. After machining, there is an inspection. 10% of parts require re-work. Grinding requires approximately 55 seconds/part. After Grinding, there is another inspection. 20% of parts are sent back to machining, 10 % of parts are scrapped and all remaining parts are moved to packaging.
